How this is used in selection
The AHU sizing endpoint at /api/ahu/sizing/recommend uses the same face area
to size filter banks: it counts how many cells fit the unit's filter face (W × H) and
checks that the total capacity covers the per-unit airflow at or below 2.8 m/s. Big cells
stack from the bottom up; if vertical space is left over it adds a row of half cells on top.
